I had never heard of Mr. Harrold, and bought Unleash Your True Potential based largely on the positive reviews on Amazon. While awaiting delivery I hoped I hadn't wasted my money on some flake's amateurish 'self-help' scheme. I didn't waste my money. This is one of the best self-hypnosis/self-help CDs I've ever heard. The production quality is outstanding. The mix of music and sound effects really enhances the presentation and evokes an extremely relaxing atmosphere. I've used the CD for about 30 days, and have noticed some gradual improvments in myself: My stress level has lowered, and I've experienced greater self-confidence, and self-esteem.
