If someone had told me a week ago that I would not be smoking or craving cigarettes in 7 days time, just by listening to a CD, I would have told them they were mad! But - it works... after a few repetitions of the CD (once per night) I found the affirmations popped into my head at the appropriate moment and helped me get over the need for a cigarette. Thank you Glenn. My first impressions were that this tape couldn't possibly be effective in dealing with a hardened smoker like myself. The voice and the music were nothing special. However despite wanting to, I have not smoked a cigarette since my first hearing of this tape about six weeks ago now. I play it regularly because it helps me relax and go to sleep, I rarely hear the end of the tape. I wholeheartedly recommend it, suprisingly powerful."
