Information on Zip Files Before you can read one of our e-books, you will first need to unzip the book - if you have not already got a programme to do this (most modern PCs have the facility built in), you can get a free one here When you have unzipped the file, double click on the book icon then email us the 10 digit code that appears in the product registration box. We will email you back your unlock key very shortly - often immediately. Once you have obtained your unlock code all future e-book purchases will run with the same number, so you should store it somewhere safe in your computer to avoid waiting times with future purchases.
